Randy CroppedRandall L. Stadtmueller, President/Principal

Prior to launching Stadtmueller & Associates in 2002, Randy gained extensive experience in community development through his various management and ownership positions. His leadership of Future Neenah, Incorporated from 1987 to 1999 provided the hands-on experience of implementing economic development and urban renewal projects. As executive director, he played an integral role in neighborhood revitalization, downtown business recruitment, and community enhancement programs, such as the Neenah Access Trails system and waterfront beautification planning.

Randy has since led several major preservation efforts throughout the Fox Cities area, including the historic renovation of the Jersild Knitting Mill, Neenah; the renovation of the historic Atlas Paper Mill, Appleton; and the adaptive reuse of the former Gilbert Paper Mill, Menasha, WI.

Randy graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban & Regional Planning. He is a current member of the Urban Land Institute, Washington D.C.

Cheryl Williamson, Project Administrator

Cheryl joined Stadtmueller & Associates in 2015 as Project Administrator to manage project work flow for development projects, property management, events and marketing.

Cheryl has over 30 years of administrative, marketing and event planning experience. As Administrative Assistant at Future Neenah, Incorporated for eight years, she was involved in the organization of the Neenah Streetball, Farmers Market and Jazzfest events. As Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator for 12 years at Valley VNA Senior Services, she organized and managed the marketing and advertising initiatives along with all fundraising events.
